SEO/SEM Sales

Description
Ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that knows how to match a prospect with the appropriate Search Engine Marketing and/or Search Engine Optimization campaign and convert the prospect into a MegaRankings Inc. client. Able to recommend and contribute to campaign objectives and able to handle several projects from inception to implementation. You’ll appreciate the client’s budget and be able to make creative recommendations geared toward surpassing client’s goals.

Experience
Two years consultative selling of online marketing services. Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization sales a plus. A strong knowledge of the Internet with focus on interactive marketing with the ability to develop “C” level relationships. Superior writing and speaking skills a must. You are extremely organized, intelligent, focused and motivated to make money and serve the Internet community, yourself and MegaRankings Inc.

Duties
Convert prospects interested in partnering with MegaRankings Inc. into clients. Responsible for campaign strategy and selling the concept and ensuring performance measurement. Able to work with an apprentice and able to contribute toward the training of new account executives. Close new business using your vast knowledge of the Search Engine Marketing industry with superior speaking and writing skills

Project Manager

Description
The Project Managers will be responsible for coordinating the elements of the optimization process based on project plan, schedule, and budget. The project manager will work directly with our client services and optimization experts and will be assigned to several Account Executives managing multiple SEO and SEM campaigns.

Experience
You must have a minimum of two years experience as an account manager or project manager working in an advertising, interactive or marketing agency. You have worked to maintain project communications with optimization team, account executives and clients. You have unmatched communication skills and the ability to coordinate several activities at once all with a positive attitude. You’ve got software and technical expertise.

Duties
Act as communications coordinator between optimization team, account executives and clients through meetings and agenda completion. Coordinating and confirming timely optimization changes are complete with the utmost quality and on time. You’re responsible for providing quality assurance by scrutinizing items before delivery to client.

Search Engine Optimizer

Description
The search engine optimizer will be involved in designing and implementing search engine optimization strategies for clients in various industries. This includes working with new and existing clients from optimization start to finish. You’ll be provided with optimization projects on a daily basis and expected to follow established protocol and optimization guidelines set out by the MegaRankings Inc. management staff.

Experience
Two years successful experience optimizing websites. You’ll be an expert in search engine optimization and research and have a clear understanding of how search engine spiders and robots position websites in the top positions of the major search engines and directories. You’ll understand design and navigation attributes of a search engine friendly website. You’ll understand database marketing and have requisite technical abilities. Knowledgeable of industry trends and future a must.

Duties
You’ll code in HTML and be able to write keyword friendly content for our client’s websites. You’ll research and seamlessly adapt to industry trends and evolving optimization strategies. You’ll scrutinize, summarize and present analytical reports to your project manager. You’ll effectively communicate between your project manager and clients. You’ll have a great attitude and strong desire to succeed.
